2018, Kunstverein Langenhagen, Langenhagen
The work in the long, narrow space of Kunstverein Langenhagen consists of a transparent curtain made of clear PVC strips. The curtain is 22 meters long and 3.5 meters high, dividing the exhibition space lengthwise into two equal parts, creating two identical ‘spaces.’ Although the spaces remain visibly connected and visitors can walk through the PVC strips, a physical relationship is established between the audience, the artwork, and the surrounding artworks. Additionally, a fragmented text about seeing, being seen, and disappearing is projected onto the PVC strips.
